Was pointed here by a friend and reading was a much needed breath of fresh air, blowing some dust off some conscious/unconscious brain compartments.

Just the simple shift in perspectives from the accepted(and seemingly over-pushed): "self confidence is what is stopping you; here are the steps to build it" to "hold up a second, this premise does not hold up" can be profoundly liberating.

For me, it helps break up the faulty logic blocks created by fear that are forever running the program to logically convince me I need to stay stuck(i.e. safe). Telling me I have to do the work to get more self confidence before I'm able do the next steps, etc.

I'll just need to read this x3/day for the next 2 years before my brain starts to yield lol. Notwithstanding that, thanks for the dusting :).
