I loved this Kasra. The exact idea I’m trying to knead into my inherent state of being.

No waiting, no arrival. This. Is. It.

love this reminder, Kasra! real life happens in the messy action. the decision to send that imperfect email, to ship that nearly perfect essay, to start the hard conversation

Wow, this is fantastic Kasra. I've gone though phases where I've attempted to "reboot" my life. I've also even managed to accomplish some of those lofty goals that I had set out for myself, but at the end of the day I'm still scrubbing those same pans, and doing those same loads of laundry.

We're here... and we've been here all along.

"What if you were more often baffled by the fact that you’re still alive, if you began to ask of this moment, of every moment: what do you have to teach me?"

Beautiful!

This is awesome read. everyone experience this, yet no way to explain it what is it. It's a moment, which is now, which is passed and which we are waiting for.

beautifully written. To live in the present takes hours of conscious training - a skill something I think many of us can improve upon

That was gorgeous!

I'm more of the type 1 advice, definitely :)

But I tend to forget that I don't always have to take the leap. Maybe my current life is good too.

This is lovely. I’m sitting with the idea that ordinariness is the stuff of life, so this was timely and peaceful to read. ❤️
